Better do it yourself. I brought my Lexus here to adjust the headlights and they charged a $400+ “diagnostic fee” while the mechanic couldn’t fix the problem and today, when I opened the hood to try to give it a try myself, I found out that they wouldn’t bother to close the caps to seal the lights, letting in moisture and dust. There’s hidden screw and I adjusted it to the right position myself! Problem fixed!

On my 4th Lexus and still feel like family! Special shout out to Ertan, Art and Ray who always welcome me with open arms! Lexus of Queens is a great experience. As a first time car buyer I was very happy with this place and I do all my maintenance and anything related to my car at this place. MARIA is a great person who takes care of all my appointments with a smile and has a great memory. I feel I am in safe hands when I come over here. Very disappointing experience at Lexus of Queens yesterday. Prior to driving 4 hours each direction, salesman Will Shao and I finalized the final pricing on a Certified Pre Owned IS 350 Fsport (including all fees, etc. beyond DMV and sales tax). Will 100% confirmed we were locked in at that price, but to get the negotiated price I would need to use Lexus financing option. I was also willing to pay full cost upfront cash. My two concerns are: 1. The vehicle pictures online didn’t show the passenger side of the vehicle and both rims were gouged up with curb rash. They wouldn’t fix the damage or give an addition reduction in price to correct on my own. Surprising this is even acceptable for a CPO level vehicle. Plus, they intentionally concealed the curb rashed wheels in the online photos. 2. They added $2250 in fees for the Lexus financing (which I didn’t actually want or need to finance). After I explained we already agreed to final pricing with all fees and they need to remove the added financing fees, or allow me to pay cash for agreed upon price, Will returned and said the sales manager is willing to drop the fees by $1000 (which is still $1250 more than what we agreed to) and that is the final offer. Highly disappointed with their deceptive and shady practices. I’ve been a Lexus/Toyota owner since 2007, but I think it is time to consider alternate brand (Audi, BMW, Mercedes). A full day wasted driving, plus gas, tolls, and a one way rental fee. I do not recommend this dealership.
